Orders are usually shipped with 5-7 working days. Although, it also depends on the product and brand really. We carry well over 25,000 products on our store and as you can imagine, stocking such a large amount would be impossible. We therefore place orders on a daily basis with each manufacturer and then ship out on an Express service once they arrive with us. There are also products that carry longer shipping dates but they should be listed on each individual product page, i.e. some products will take 10-20 working days.
Yes, of course you can change your delivery address after your order has been placed. To do this you can log in to your account and as long as your order hasn't already been shipped you can change your delivery address there. Alternatively, you can call one of our advisors who will be happy to do this for you if you prefer.
Yes. You can return your wallpaper, fabric or paint order as long as you notify us within 14 days of receipt and it has not been opened. Any orders after that we are sorry but we can’t accept back. We are also not able to receive any part orders of wallpaper or any fabric that has been cut to length or paint that has been mixed specifically for more details see our full terms and conditions.
Yes, you can order a sample before you buy and we always advise you do this as the screen representation can obviously change from screen to screen. We can supply both small samples for colour (use the dropdown menu on each product page and larger returnable sample upon request (Prices may apply).
If you have been notified that your order is out of stock. Don't panic, out of stock items don't usually take too long to come back in stock. However, if you have decorators or curtain makers on standby it may be worth letting them though so they can rearrange your works. There may also be occasions when an item listed it discontinued. As soon as we know if there is a problem, we will notify you asap. It may be worth considering if you have any doubt about the availability of a certain item, contact us first and we will let you know the exact availability at that time.
